I don't seen sufficient independent notability for an individual article - the article is all about the band Nazz and not about the individual, and there are no independent sources at all. Keep. Page needs work, but he's been involved in too many bands to be easily redirected to just one (which band would we even pick?). I'd say keep per WP:MUSBIO #6, which reads "is a musician who has been a reasonably prominent member of two or more independently notable ensembles."
