No assertion of notability. The last nomination kept under it the guise of winning a major competition, but the governing body, World Association of Marching Show Bands, itself has no assertion of notability, much less a Wikipedia page. As for the Winter Guard International championships, they seem to compete in the lowest division possible, so considering that a major competition also seems moot. Why?
