I can see nothing notable about this person. There seems to be nothing of substance in the references. Creator has been blocked (seeUser talk:Drkyt) seemingly for issues regarding creation of non-notable articles and competency in English. Derek Andrews (talk) 09:28, 14 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Comment: None of the given citations are even providing verification. However a couple of appointment notices do mention this person in lists of names: from 2010 [1] and 2015 [2]. Delete (A more definitive conclusion from my comment above:) I am finding nothing more substantial than a couple of routine mentions in appointment lists, which falls well short of demonstrating attained biographical notability. AllyD (talk) 09:06, 31 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
