What you can do:

Search for the article in a new tab or window, and check if the article is on the subject you want to cover anyway.

1. If the article is on the subject you want to cover anyway, just go and edit it.
2. if the article is on a different subject, you'll need to choose a slightly different name, to "disambiguate" between the two topics.
   • See Wikipedia:Disambiguation for details on how to do that correctly (you need to choose a good page name, and also correctly link the pages)
   • Or go back to the previous page of the Article Wizard and create a userspace draft, and sort out the naming issue later. You'll get directions on where to ask for help after creating a draft.
