Victoria Township is one of twenty-one townships in Knox County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 379 and it contained 171 housing units.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.49 square miles (91.9 km2), of which 34.98 square miles (90.6 km2) (or 98.56%) is land and 0.52 square miles (1.3 km2) (or 1.47%) is water.[2]
