Veeranjaneyulu Viharayatra is a 2024 Indian Telugu-language road comedy drama film written and directed by Anurag Palutla.[1] The film features Naresh, Sri Lakshmi, Rag Mayur and Priya Vadlamani in important roles.[2]
The film was released on 14 August 2024 on ETV Win.[3] The Hollywood Reporter India listed Naresh's performance in the "The 10 Best Telugu Film Performances of 2024".[4]
Plot
[edit]Nageshwara Rao convinces his dysfunctional family to go on a road trip to Goa to immerse his father’s ashes, unaware of the adventures and goof-ups that the journey has in store for them.

Reception
[edit]Sangeetha Devi Dundoo of The Hindu gave a positive review stating "Veeranjaneyulu Viharayatra tries to be more than a simple family drama, akin to Kapoor & Sons", while appreciating the performances of the lead cast.[6] 123Telugu gave a rating of 2.5 out of 5 and wrote that the film "has a nice story idea but falters in execution, with slow pacing and unnecessary scenes affecting the film’s impact".[7] Avad Mohammad of OTTPlay opined that the film has an interesting premise but was effected by predictable narration.[8]
