Hi, and welcome to the English Wikipedia! Your AfC submission at Draft:Chang, Ching-Yu has been declined numerous times, and it seems like you're not addressing the main issues that have been brought up by reviewers. Most importantly: the draft is largely unsourced, which is inappropriate because of policies like WP:V and WP:OR; and the draft seems to be an unedited machine translation. It requires extensive copy-editing for publication, in my opinion. If you need help with any of this, please feel free to ask by replying here or on my talk page. I would strongly suggest that you do not resubmit this draft until the issues with it have been addressed; doing so without making substantial changes might be perceived as disruptive, since it takes up reviewer resources unnecessarily. Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Draft:Chang, Ching-Yu, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Please, stop re-submitting the Draft

As I mentioned before, the draft you have been resubmitting without substantial changes will not be accepted without a fundamental rework. This, together with the removal of previous declines from the draft and your seeming unwillingness to listen to other editors on any matter (like the non-English categories you have repeatedly introduced) creates a strong impression that you‘re being intentionally disruptive.
