[edit]The way I understand Wikipedia policies regarding spam and external links, if the ACU article has similar links then the correct procedure probably isn't to add those links to the OC page but rather to remove them from the ACU page. Chicken Wing 05:50, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- You didn't quote the part about avoiding copyright violations fully. It's, "Sites that contain neutral and accurate material..." that can't be incorporated without copyright violations that are to be used. School newspapers and blogs are not neutral, and they can most likely be found by following links from the official site anyway. Secondly, "Links to blogs and personal web pages..." are specifically to be avoided. Lastly, Wikipedia is not a link farm. The quality of the article just isn't enhanced in the way it should be with an external link when those links are added. Chicken Wing 16:06, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
