ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:53, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Dawood Hercules Corporation

[edit]

You just deleted swathes of info from the page starting from here https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Dawood_Hercules_Corporation&oldid=1260360381

The information you deleted is relevant and was sourced from premier Pakistani newspapers Dawn and Express Tribune. It was not dated info and most of it was from the late 2010's to only a couple of years ago. Please explain these changes in more depth. Jakedo77 (talk) 20:36, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Associated companies is not relevant to this article. If you think any relevant information is still missing then please bring it to the article's talkpage. If there is consensus among Wikipedians then we can re-add. Thank you. Veldsenk (talk) 20:57, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Also, I'm in process to write a separate article about Dawood Lawrencepur so most of the information will be back anyway. Don't worry. Veldsenk (talk) 20:59, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for replying and clarifying. I understand, was confused as Inbox Business Technologies is owned by Dawood Group, but makes sense if you are making a separate page. Jakedo77 (talk) 21:13, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I think it would be more relevant if we add a brief description about Inbox Business Technologies on Dawood Group's article, a separate article is not feasible as it is not listed yet. Dawood Lawrencepur formerly owned Reon and still owns a wind power project, so it is more relevant to add them on Dawood Lawrencepur's article (I will create this). I have sent you a note about a page you started

[edit]

Hi Veldsenk. Thank you for your work on OpenAI o3. Another editor, MolecularPilot, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:

Great start! I've added a few more sources to ensure a WP:GNG pass which requires multiple independent articles. :)

To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|MolecularPilot}}. (Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)

Proposed renaming

[edit]

Hi, I propose to rename Template:AI-based chatbots into something else, for example "Template:Generative AI chatbots". I started a discussion and explained the rationale here. Alenoach (talk) 17:35, 22 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited McDonald's Pakistan, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Franchise.
