Romaine Tenney
[edit]Thank you for your work on Romaine Tenney. I was thinking the article would make an excellent Did You Know on the front page of Wikipedia. There is still a lot to add before the article is taken out of draft. I’ll be adding more in a few days when I have time to research. In the meantime, feel free to add more. You’ve done excellent work. Best, Thriley (talk) 16:07, 9 September 2021 (UTC)
Thriley, I totally agree with you about this article being a great "Did You Know"! I'm glad you've liked what I've added so far, I'm VERY new to Wikipedia so I'm kind of stumbling through things. As a matter of fact, please feel free to give me any pointers or advice. For instance, am I even responding to your message correctly and in the right place? Thanks again, --TravVT (talk) 16:35, 9 September 2021 (UTC)
- I am so sorry for not responding to you. I must have missed the notification. I just restored the draft for Tenney after it was deleted due to inactivity. I think I may return to it in the coming weeks. If you ever have time, please feel free to add any additional information to the article. The goal is a section about his life before he made the news and then a pretty detailed section detailing the events leading to his death. I think a section after that about the old tree that was near his home that was taken down would be good to end with. Hope you return to editing! There is so much to do, particularly on subjects related to Vermont, and you seem to be a natural. Best, Thriley (talk) 05:24, 10 August 2022 (UTC)
