[edit]Hi. Please note that Wikipedia is not the place for you to promote an un-notable blog. Film reviews should be from actual film critics, not opinion pieces from random blogs. Please read Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources. Thanks. Bennv3771 (talk) 16:27, 2 May 2017 (UTC)
- I would like to second upon my colleague's post here. In regards to your edit in the Bloody Crayons article, you added that "The film received mixed to positive reviews upon its release." Such claims have to be supported by a reliable source; it is stated per MOS:FILM: "The overall critical response to a film should be supported by attributions to reliable sources.". In addition, the review you retrieved from the Movies For Millennials website is unreliable as reviews from professional critics are more encouraged as also stated in MOS:FILM, "Professional film critics are regarded as reliable sources, though reputable commentators and experts—connected to the film or to topics covered by the film—may also be cited." Best examples of these would be Rappler, ABS-CBN News, or any major newspapers in that film's country of origin.
- Finally, I'm quite appalled by how poorly written your edit was; for example, in this sentence "The film received mixed to positive reviews upon it's release," the use of contraction is incorrect. "It's" is a contraction of It is or It has, while "its" is a possessive form of the pronoun it. Hope this makes sense. Slightlymad (talk) 04:27, 11 August 2017 (UTC)
