May 2011

Hi Happysailor, thanks for your email. I'm very confused, I've looked at other articles about charities and have tried to follow what they have done. I am a trustee of this charity but would have written it the same if I weren't, (I am only a volunter and so gain nothing from this position) Can you please give me some simple guidance on how I can change it to come into line with the rules. Just had a quick look at the article you are creating and it's a good start. I would like to offer some suggestions though:

Can you find any 3rd party reliable sources WP:RS & WP:V? for example coverage in newspapers or well-known magazines.
At the moment it reads a bit like an advertisement for the organisation, try writing from a neutral point of view see WP:NPOV
A lot of the content seems to be copy & pasted from [1] this is the biggest problem as Wikipedia doesn’t allow copyrighted material, unless released under an acceptable licence or permission has been gained from the copyright holder see: WP:IOWN (about half way down thae page) for more information on copyright policy’s see: WP:CFAQ & WP:C
