Black Hereford

Hi SwallowFork. I'm afraid your edits at what was called Black Hereford removed a whole existing article. While Wikipedia editors are encouraged to be bold, it's probably best to discuss major changes of this kind before doing them. I've reinstated that article, but renamed it as Black Hereford (hybrid) to make room for a new article, Black Hereford (breed), whence I've copied your material.

I've also put a few queries on your article, which needs a good bit of work to make it encyclopaedic – Wikpedia is not the place for promotional material. It also needs some independent references to show that the breed is a genuine one, and that the subject is notable (if it isn't, it may be deleted).

I notice that a Swallow Fork ranch is a member of the American Black Hereford Association, and I guess that must be you. Can I please draw your attention to the standard notice I've posted below and ask you to spend a bit of time reading the links: you need to be very careful about potential conflicts of interest when editing on subjects in which you are closely involved, as an encyclopaedia must be thoroughly objective (I have the same trouble when editing on breeds I'm involved with).
