Over the past month, WP:PW hosted the first Professional Wrestling Stub Reduction Drive. In one month, the number of stub-class articles was reduced from 562 (13.84% of the project's total articles) to 477 (11.64%). More work expanding stubs is always appreciated. See here for more information.

On May 8, WWE signed Fred Sampson to a developmental contract.

As part of the project's New Year's Reolutions, there is an ongoing effort to decrease the number of stubs to 10%. As of May 10, we are at 11.64%, with 483 articles currently in Category:Stub-Class Professional wrestling articles. It still would be greatly appreciated if members would expand, source an improve stub articles, and a list has been placed on the stub article subpage of stub articles of well-known wrestlers that should be fairly easy to improve.
