Thanks once again lbjaja. I have made these requested changes below.
Lead section: 1. senior advisor to Commonwealth Treasurer and Leader of the Opposition Billy Snedden in the early 1970's: Reframed for clarity
2. Included the Order of Australia in the lead. E.g:
Australian businessman and a recipient of the Order of Australia
3. Removed the external link of Australian Statistics Advisory Council , and Yarra Park Primary School
Regarding point 4.
"Most of the sources are subscription based. Can you replace them with reliable news media for verifiability?"
The 'AFR' (Australian Financial Review) is considered a reliable news source but I'm guessing the paywall feature doesn't help when assessing verifiability? As it stands, are the number of sources that are 'unpaywalled' (such as Trove, the Australian Government news media archive, Australian Treasury, CEDA media releases) enough for it to be considered submission worthy? Some of what I've found is pre digitisation, I'm not confident there's too many more sources available, if not I shall do another look on the internet and see what else I can find.
Finally, I have checked the plagiarism using Earwig's Copyvio Detector as you suggested and the article has received a score of 22.5% 'Violation unlikely'. I'm assuming this is acceptable?
Thanks once again for your help.
Best regards,
