Help - seeking more assistance about that situation with the Brisbane Lions article, hoping you can help further

Hey again Pete, unfortunately was surprised to discover today that WP:3 request I posted apparently got denied, and that request was removed from the list at WP:3. I'm thinking at the moment about what the appropriate next step would be and would really appreciate any advice you might be able to give, or any intervention on the Brisbane Lions "Talk" page perhaps.

As far as the detail of the dispute itself goes, I'm confident I have more than sufficient conclusive evidence about the subject at this point, in the form of the legal documentation detailing the facts of exactly what occurred with both clubs, and also the corporate registration details for each of the two clubs as separate entities, the links I showed you about that, as well as the link to an online published copy of that legal document (the Deed of Arrangement).

And I've posted the relevant info from both the Deed, and those corporate registration details, on the "Talk" page there with the links to each, proving, I think beyond reasonable doubt, that Fitzroy Football Club never "merged" with Brisbane Bears as such and that Brisbane Bears-Fitzroy Football Club (trading as Brisbane Lions) is Brisbane Bears renamed.

Guideline and policy news

• Following an RfC, editors indefinitely site-banned by community consensus will now have all rights, including sysop, removed.
• As a part of the Wikimedia Foundation's IP Masking project, a new policy has been created that governs the access to temporary account IP addresses. An associated FAQ has been created and individual communities can increase the requirements to view temporary account IP addresses.

Technical news

• Bot operators and tool maintainers should schedule time in the coming months to test and update their tools for the effects of IP masking. IP masking will not be deployed to any content wiki until at least October 2023 and is unlikely to be deployed to the English Wikipedia until some time in 2024.

Arbitration

• The arbitration case World War II and the history of Jews in Poland has been closed. The topic area of Polish history during World War II (1933-1945) and the history of Jews in Poland is subject to a "reliable source consensus-required" contentious topic restriction.

Miscellaneous

• Following a community referendum, the arbitration policy has been modified to remove the ability for users to appeal remedies to Jimbo Wales.
