[edit]You can change the rating on an article yourself, if you feel the change isn't controversial. Follow the rating scale for the relevant WikiProject. Moving your own work from Stub to Start or C class isn't likely to be controversial, just follow the assessment guide. People might be less happy if you classify your own work at B, because that might require more objectivity. Anything higher than B requires outside review.
