Thank you, ukexpat! My edits will be mainly in the German Wikipedia, but it's good to have such a a summary as a point to start when I'm searching for policies, formatting rules etc. By the way, I just answered to your comment at "Annapolis" the village pump --Schniggendiller (talk) 01:42, 28 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, please change it. Better would be to make the software compliant with a common character, though. I presume the redirect will work. Tony (talk) 06:09, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

File was moved, now. But I have some 20 more :-) According to bugzilla:26233, the tech guys seem to work on this problem. And yes, the redirect works. But sometimes the sysop deletes the redirect, and somebody has to fix links, then. Greetings --Schniggendiller talk 04:11, 24 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I also need to request to lock these accounts because they are a soockpuppets of a serial vandal abusing from different wikis. I was going to request this from meta wiki but I got prevented from editing. So do globally lock these accounts. Thanks. 2405:201:4007:E052:D8B0:EA89:8664:CA43 (talk) 08:34, 26 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

These accounts edited in 2017. Why is now a need to lock? --Schniggendiller talk 19:49, 27 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:22, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
