Proposed deletion of James Batterton and The Batterton House

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article James Batterton and The Batterton House, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

The subject of the article, James Batterton, has no notability. His only claim to fame is selling a house used in the underground railroad by slavery abolitionists. If the house itself is notable, which I doubt, the article should be renamed and refocussed, otherwise the material could be merged into another page on the abolition movement.
