R, after browsing around a bit from your RfA, I noticed you have adopted quite a few editors. I haven't investigated your interactions with them, so I don't know how often they need advice or counseling, but it seems off-hand it might be better if some were adopted by someone else, so that you could focus more attention on the others.

I've been asked this once before. If you look at their contributions, many haven't edited in months. Only 4 or 5 have edited in the past month, and it was sporadic. Since barely none of them edit, it's not too much work, I just never cleaned out the names of people who disappeared.
