Non-free use of File:Homestaketrophy.jpg
Thank you for uploading File:Homestaketrophy.jpg. However, there is a concern that the use of the image on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. Details of this problem, and which specific criteria that the image may not meet, can be obtained by going to the image description page. If you feel that this image does meet those criteria, please place a note on the image description or talk page explaining why. Do not remove the {{di-fails NFCC}} tag itself.
An administrator will review this file within a few days, and having considered the opinions placed on the image page, may delete it in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion or remove the tag entirely. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 14:48, 27 November 2016 (UTC)

Zord and toys
Hi. I recently did copyedit on Zord and proposed the move discussion, though I don't have a connection to the topic or any strong feelings about it. Regarding your edit on Zord for no toy-only zords, I was wondering what you thought about the article, as a major contributor.
Normally, with an article about fiction, it's preferred to do more than summarize the fictional work. Wikipedia likes to have as much real-world context as possible. Merchandising, including toys, is part of that real-world context.
On the other hand, if the article is moved to a list, you can define right in the lead what should and shouldn't go on the list – eg: "This is a list of Zords which appeared in Power Rangers TV series and movies. Do not include toy-only versions." Or maybe there could be a place for toy-only versions in "Other Zords", after the movies? I'm not that familiar, maybe there are also zords which only appear in comics or novels as well.
What are your thoughts on this? – Reidgreg (talk) 18:25, 26 March 2017 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:PioneerFootballLocations2013.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:PioneerFootballLocations2013.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:56, 17 May 2017 (UTC)

Union Bulldogs football
Hi. I reverted your edit on Union Bulldogs football because you've not made the case for notability. WP:NSPORT doesn't presume notability for collegiate teams and the team fails WP:ORG, which means you have to prove WP:GNG. Please exercise more caution in identifying how the subject is notable before attempting to create an article. Chris Troutman (talk) 13:06, 24 June 2017 (UTC)

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your user subpage at User:Rick lay95 may not meet Wikipedia's user page guideline. If you believe that your user page does not violate our guideline, please leave a note on this page. Alternatively, you may add {{Db-u1}}
to the top of the page in question and an administrator will delete it, or you can simply edit the page so that it meets Wikipedia's user page guideline. User pages that are pseudo wikipedia articles are not permitted Domdeparis (talk) 18:02, 6 November 2017 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Domdeparis. I noticed that you made a change to an article, White Light (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. The article The Onyx Tavern has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Lack of notability. Only 2,000 subscribers on YouTube. Google search did not indicate notability.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Alexf505 (talk) 21:18, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
Managing a conflict of interest
Hello, Rick lay95. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the article The Onyx Tavern, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. Editing for the purpose of advertising or promotion is not permitted. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID). Thank you. --Animalparty! (talk) 22:02, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of User:Rick lay95
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on User:Rick lay95, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Domdeparis (talk) 23:29, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
Contested deletion
So are you trying to delete my user page or delete me as an account? Either way, I don't understand why.
- No I have no intention of having you blocked! I left you a message about your user page because there are a few problems with it, I believe that by extensivly talking about your off-wiki activities your user page contravenes WP:UP#GOALS. I signaled this to you and there was no reply. You have just recreated an article to promote your webseries The Onyx Tavern which you also promote on your user page and as such I believe that you are in violation of WP:UP#PROMO. Your user page also looks like an article for a football league that was deleted here Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mid Continental Football League and also an article about yourself and your football playing and as such violates WP:FAKEARTICLE. The principal problem comes from the fact that you are involved in WP:COI editing by creating an article about your youtube channel and you most certainly should not be mentioning it on your user page. Deletion discussion about The Onyx Tavern
Hello, Rick lay95,
I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether The Onyx Tavern should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Onyx Tavern .
If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.
Thanks,

Non-free rationale for File:Montanatechorediggerslogo.png
Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Montanatechorediggerslogo.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Hello, I'm Alexf505. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to The Onyx Tavern have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Creating Wikipedia articles about your own YouTube channel is a form of spam. Alexf505 (talk) 23:18, 20 November 2017 (UTC)

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot (talk) 17:06, 21 September 2018 (UTC)

This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

A formula for the calculation of the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Disambiguation link notification for February 8
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited American Patriot League, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page David Holloway (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:18, 8 February 2019 (UTC)
The article 71st Koshien Bowl has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Not notable.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. – Fayenatic London 21:33, 15 March 2019 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Louisville Bulls
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Louisville Bulls requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at Articles for deletion. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Orphaned non-free image File:Louisvillebulls.png
Thanks for uploading File:Louisvillebulls.png.
Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 22:57, 19 April 2019 (UTC)

2019 Kentucky State Thorobreds football team moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, 2019 Kentucky State Thorobreds football team, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Non-free rationale for File:KSUThorobredslogo.svg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:KSUThorobredslogo.svg.
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on List of Zords; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 04:22, 19 July 2019 (UTC)

- Just to be clear, other admins may decide you should be blocked for your edit on the article after I warned you, but I didn't because I thought you were being constructive by trying to divide the article up into canon and non-canon material. Discuss this stuff on the talk page, using reliable sources, not your own opinion. Any further edit-warring will be met with escalating blocks. Go well, Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 05:14, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
List of Zords
G'day Rick lay95, you need to provide a reliable source for the idea that there is canon and non-canon divide in the whole MMPR thing, otherwise it will revert to the state before the canon/non-canon divide was inserted by you. Your opinion about whether there is a divide is irrelevant for Wikipedia's purposes. Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 00:20, 23 July 2019 (UTC)
Pages with DEFAULTSORT conflicts
Hi. One or more of your pages have DEFAULTSORT conflicts: (search)
Please either
- <nowiki> DEFAULTSORTs (if your page is a draft consisting of multiple subjects); or
- remove redundant DEFAULTSORTs (if your page is a draft with multiple DEFAULTSORTs); or
- remove all DEFAULTSORTs (otherwise)
in the affected pages. Thank you. – Ase1estet@lkc0ntribs 11:09, 4 August 2019 (UTC)
