The answer is anyone and everyone, or perhaps no-one. It's of the nature of Wikipedia that no-one is in charge of any page, but there are rules which can be applied by anyone if anyone else seems to be getting it wrong. If you have information to contribute, then please do so. If you think anything is wrong, please edit the page (but please always add an "edit summary" to explain what you are doing, and add references to published sources for anything you add).
