As you have been told, he sandbox is specifically for testing content. It's not a copyright violation to copy a Wikipedia article into a sandbox for the purposes of testing.. So I just went to the sandbox to test and ppl were trolling with copyright stuff as your unblock request will likely fail. As that wasn't the reason you were blocked.
