Hello. Thank you for the Wrestling articles. Given your interest, speed and ability, and your familiarity with wrestling, if you can please build European adult championship articles.

Articles of the following years have not yet been made:

Unlike articles under the age of 23, these articles are easier to make and take less time. All articles are generally created in German and Russian just need to be converted :

Taekwondo pages

[edit]

Hi, I see you are adding that ANA thing for Taekwondo results. that thing only exists for the sport of athletics and obviously not for Taekwondo. they used the WT flag for the whole competition not that white flag with ANA on it. unless you have a source they used that flag in World Taekwondo Championships I'm going to revert your edits. Thanks. Sports2021 (talk) 19:57, 13 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, please add logo here: 2023 FIBA U16 European Championship Division C. Thanks, Maiō T. (talk) 17:55, 1 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, but there is one problem there: Three hours after your edit, a bot removed that logo from the article. And another three hours later, another bot uploaded a new version of that logo (same picture, but with significantly smaller dimensions). I don't know what to think about it... Maiō T. (talk) 09:48, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Bot removed it because it had the wrong article linked (div B). And reducing the size is perfectly normal. Pelmeen10 (talk) 15:29, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hello again, I have two more tasks for you. Please add logos here: 2023 FIBA U18 European Championship Division C and here: 2023 FIBA U18 Women's European Championship Division C. But don't forget to reduce the dimensions. See this example. Thank you in advance. Maiō T. (talk) 14:45, 10 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Bot will reduce the image automatically if necessary, so it will save you time. If you think the size is too large, you can add {{Non-free reduce}} Pelmeen10 (talk) 15:34, 10 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Pehlivan, please don't be angry with me, but I tagged your file for deletion. (File:2023 FIBA U18 EuropeanC.png) I made some changes to the original file (File:2023 FIBA U18 European Championship Division C.png) and I put it back in the article. Looks like the admins and bots are finally satisfied with it. Maiō T. (talk) 12:12, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I'm reaching out to you as you are the creator of this article. Was this meant to be for 2021 or 2023? I noticed the infobox dates say 2023 but the rest of the article says 2021, and the lead uses future tense (which should be past tense by now anyway). Uhai (talk) 16:45, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Officially named 2021 because of Covid-19 postponed Pehlivanmeydani (talk) 17:20, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Use free license when possible

Hello!

FYI very simple logos such as File:2021 European Artistic Gymnastics Championships.png can preferably be licensed with {{PD-textlogo}} instead of a non-free license. Jonteemil (talk) 21:33, 19 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:2024 Asian Wrestling Olympic Qualification Tournament logo.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:2024 Asian Wrestling Olympic Qualification Tournament logo.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 08:30, 1 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading File:2024 Asian Wrestling Olympic Qualification Tournament logo.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0|author=(desired attribution)}} can be used to release it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags/Non-free. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Non-free content) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 01:30, 2 March 2024 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Orphaned non-free image File:Turkish Cricket Board.png

[edit]
⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Turkish Cricket Board.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 03:49, 2 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

OG Qualifiers

[edit]

Hi, again we have a problem. This is a qualification page. not a Championship. mostly this is suppose to be just a summary. making it larger doesn't help and I'm not sure if wikipedia approves it. and yes there are larger pages but sometimes there is no other choice but to have large pages. that's my argument but if insist I'm in no mood to argue. but at least do it properly. and don't revert the entire edit without even checking it first. I fixed other things in that edit too. Sports2021 (talk) 17:43, 4 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Turkey at the 2000 Summer Olympics, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Thomas Zander.

2024 U23 World Wrestling Championships events

[edit]

Hello. Thank you for your work on the individual event articles for these, but I wanted to suggest that you add something to show WP:SIGCOV, and/or consider merging some of these events today. As of now, these articles are pretty much all just copies of what's listed on UWW's website, and do not show significant coverage of the individual events. Perhaps something to the effect of, 2024 U23 World Wrestling Championships – Men's freestyle, with sections for example? Hey man im josh (talk) 15:29, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Recent edit reversion

[edit]

In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.

I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.

I do occasionally make mistakes. We get hundreds of reports of potential copyright violations every week, and sometimes there are false positives, for a variety of reasons. (Perhaps the material was moved from another Wikipedia article, or the material was properly licensed but the license information was not obvious, or the material is in the public domain but I didn't realize it was public domain, and there can be other situations generating a report to our Copy Patrol tool that turn out not to be actual copyright violations.) If you think my edit was mistaken, please politely let me know and I will investigate. S Philbrick(Talk) 01:00, 23 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
