Draft
[edit]helpme-helped Thanks very much for the help, this is much more clear to me now how it works. Should have been more clear to me that this is basically just like HTML, with the editor built in. I'm not an expert by any stretch, but I think I can now be a useful contributor. Appreciate the quick helpful assistance! PeckLSDEM (talk) 15:24, 11 April 2011 (UTC)
Can you show me how to create a subpage to which I can move this article for further work to see if it can be modified appropriately for inclusion at a later date? Thanks
- When you leave messages, please remember to "sign" your name, by putting ~~~~ (four tilde signs) at the end. This will add your name, and the date and time. You can also do this by clicking the 'sign' button, pictured to the right.
- I've moved the draft about Matt Peck to User:PeckLSDEM/Matt Peck (actor)
- I've 'archived' the old messages from this page (your user talk page), into User talk:PeckLSDEM/Archive 1. There's a link to that at the top of this page. I did that, to keep things clear for you. Of course, we can 'undo' that if you don't like it.
- I've changed your user page (which is User:PeckLSDEM). Previously, it redirected to the AFC. I've added a header, and links to the draft, and to other 'userspage' pages which do not exist (redlinks).
- You can always get to your user-page by clicking your username at the very top, when logged in to Wikipedia.
- If you edit it, you will see the code I added, ie;
== Draft articles == *Peck (actor) *page *name here
- You can, of course, change those and add to it - if you want other user subpages.
- When you want a re-review of the draft, you should put this on the top of it;
-
I hope that helps.
If you do not like any of the edits I made, or want anything different, just say so.
Please, if I can help in any other way, just ask me on User talk:Chzz. Best, Chzz ► 19:34, 10 April 2011 (UTC)
