Proposed deletion of Women Rising

The article Women Rising has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

UPE spam for not notable organisation. Created by a sock of a blocked sock farmer. Lacks independent coverage in reliable sources. Founder talking her business is not independent. Clients talking the business is not independent.
