About "Chihiro" genre
[edit]Hi, @Noeldowd.
I noticed about your edit about this song's genre. I wanna let you know that, instead of your knowledge about music (I also know so much about it), there's some criteria that avoids this type of edits. I suggest you look among my edits for my message to ClarenceCarterFan to know why you're wrong in this context. Santi (talk) 22:54, 17 August 2024 (UTC)
- Hi,
- I'm new to editing Wikipedia and wouldn't know how to find that, could you link me or perhaps restate the criteria here? Noeldowd (talk) 08:36, 19 August 2024 (UTC)
- @Noeldowd: It isn't necessary to read a long reflection, so I'll share you the criteria: WP:GENREWARRIOR. Santi (talk) 16:39, 19 August 2024 (UTC)
- I've made another change. I still think I was right to make the original change, but perhaps for different reasons than originally stated. Let me know if you have any feedback of the new change. Noeldowd (talk) 22:01, 19 August 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. If we're looking at some of the articles that have been promoted to GA status lately, including "So High School", "I Can Do It with a Broken Heart", and "So Long, London", we can see that it should be totally fine to use one source for one specific genre, which happens for most of the music articles. So it should also be fine to use techno-house for the "Chihiro" article. Also, if you open this link (techno-house), it will redirect you to (tech house). They are the same thing; no need to split them up. The source clearly stated the "techno-house" genre. Accordingly, I am reverting your edit, please discuss your thoughts here before reverting again and we can talk about it. Thank you! Medxvo (talk) 22:26, 21 August 2024 (UTC)
