Hi, I think you are correcting links, but inadvertently deleting large sections when ref tags mismatch. Please double check pages carefully. Cheers. History2007 (talk) 18:01, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of "Mariological Society of America"
[edit]A page you created, Mariological Society of America, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it is obvious advertising or promotional material.
You are welcome to contribute content which complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

Adding new pages
[edit]Hi, I happen to know the MSA and know that it is a real society. But given that you are new to Wikipedia, the way you added that page has a 90% chance of getting it deleted. Please do not remove the tags placed by other users, for that will not help. I added a hangon tag and will try to clean up that page with valid references. Cheers History2007 (talk) 19:23, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
- Update: After I cleaned up the MSA page and added references, it is no longer a candidate for speedy deletion. However, as you edit pages such as Marianum please double check to be sure the page is in good shape, for there you deleted a few things while fixing a link. By the way, the new MSA website looks very nice. History2007 (talk) 21:01, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
