Your draft article, Draft:Ranjini Kalappa
Hello, Missvain. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Ranjini Kalappa".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply and remove the {{db-afc}}
, {{db-draft}}
, or {{db-g13}}
code.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Dolotta (talk) 16:33, 5 March 2019 (UTC)

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for the calculation of the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Please participate to the talk pages consultation
Hello
Our team at the Wikimedia Foundation is working on a project to improve the ease-of-use and productivity of wiki talk pages. As a Teahouse host, I can imagine you’ve run into challenges explaining talk pages to first-time participants.
We want all contributors to be able to talk to each other on the wikis – to ask questions, to resolve differences, to organize projects and to make decisions. Communication is essential for the depth and quality of our content, and the health of our communities. We're currently leading a global consultation on how to improve talk pages, and we're looking for people that can report on their experiences using (or helping other people to use) wiki talk pages. We'd like to invite you to participate in the consultation, and invite new users to join too.
We thank you in advance for your participation and your help.

Riding on Insulin
Can you say a bit more about how the sources used in the Riding on insulin article are not reliable? None come from the organization, itself, but are from either websites that are reputable within the Type 1 community or are from another non-profit organization. Or is the issue that there not enough citations? I can cite every sentence but I sought not to add consecutive citations from the same source. Thanks for your guidance! Marti2cs (talk) 17:06, 13 March 2019 (UTC)
- Hi there, what we need are reliable secondary sources (see: WP:Reliable). So think: news coverage about the subject. Having multiple news articles about the organization will be more helpful than anything else. If there isn't enough news coverage yet, then it's not time for the organization to have a Wikipedia article at this time. Thanks for contributing! Missvain (talk) 18:17, 13 March 2019 (UTC)

Your opinions on the matter are welcome; you may participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Wikipedia:OKfest and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Wikipedia:OKfest during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. ArbCom 2019 special circular
Administrators must secure their accounts
The Arbitration Committee may require a new RfA if your account is compromised.

Administrator account security (Correction to Arbcom 2019 special circular)
ArbCom would like to apologise and correct our previous mass message in light of the response from the community.
Since November 2018, six administrator accounts have been compromised and temporarily desysopped. In an effort to help improve account security, our intention was to remind administrators of existing policies on account security — that they are required to "have strong passwords and follow appropriate personal security practices." We have updated our procedures to ensure that we enforce these policies more strictly in the future. The policies themselves have not changed. In particular, two-factor authentication remains an optional means of adding extra security to your account. The choice not to enable 2FA will not be considered when deciding to restore sysop privileges to administrator accounts that were compromised.
We are sorry for the wording of our previous message, which did not accurately convey this, and deeply regret the tone in which it was delivered.
For the Arbitration Committee, -Cameron11598 21:04, 4 May 2019 (UTC)

User talk from 15:53, 24 May 2019 (UTC)
Greetings. You left some very valid and constructive criticism from 15:53, 24 May 2019 (UTC) on User talk:134.204.65.97. It is not clear exactly which edit you were referring to at the time, however. Because the primary anonymous editor does a lot of small edits while bored at work from this IP address, perhaps you could enlighten me as to which? I would very much appreciate it. 134.204.65.97 (talk) 22:34, 27 May 2019 (UTC)

Brian A. Primac
I have reworked the entry about Brian A. Primack. You had posted a COI note at the top of it and wanted to see if the reworking passed muster to remove the COI note. I do have a potential COI, myself. I work at the same university as the subject. I do not work for the subject nor do I know him, but I was asked to revise the article to meet Wikipedia's desire for neutral content. I think I've got it to that state and have verified the references as well, but wanted to make sure you find my edits to be compatible with Wikipedia's desired style. Thanks.
