- Hi Mgp28.
- Thanks for your thoughtful feedback on my draft article on Clinical Wills. I'm new to creating pages on Wikipedia so your comments were really useful.
- I'll have another go at finding better sources and resubmit. For context, I created ClinicaWill.app (which is why I followed the guidelines and declared a conflict of interest).
- I included the link to the "What is a Clinical Will, and do I need one?" page because I have done a lot of thinking and research about clinical wills as part of the development of the app, and felt that this page is as useful a resource as any other available online. I have also written articles about clinical wills that have been published in trade magazines - however these behind paywalls annoyingly.
- I appreciate that as a commercial platform it falls outside your guidelines for inclusion, though you may want to know the app is offered to users on a 'Pay What You Think Is Fair' basis.
- I will edit and resubmit the page when I have time, and I would appreciate any further comments at that time. Thanks again for your attention jn the meantime.

- Hello, Thank you for your reply. I don't in any way doubt your good work, but sometimes being so close to the subject can make it difficult to write an article that meets Wikipedia's requirements. Hopefully you will be able to navigate this. Regarding the other things you have written, even though they are behind a paywall, they might still be preferable to a link to your business. In case it's helpful I'll link to:
- WP:SELFCITE Using material you have written or published is allowed within reason
- WP:PAYWALL Do not reject reliable sources just because they are difficult or costly to access.
- Hope this is of some use. Best of luck with the article, Mgp28 (talk) 18:16, 16 September 2024 (UTC)
