Welcome!

Question
[edit]Hi! Why did you put the gameplay screenshot at the Godzilla Online as the cover art for the article? You could have created a gameplay section on put the screenshot there. Timur9008 (talk) 17:001 22 May 2022 (UTC)
- Hi, I saw on WP:VG that it needed an image and it appears I misinterpreted it as any identifying image, as I'm fairly new to editing Wikipedia in a serious manner. Right now I cannot create a "gameplay" section, but I can make one and place it properly in the following days. Thanks for your warning! Merko (talk) 18:45, 22 May 2022 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for May 5
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Deus Ex, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Michael McCann. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 07:25, 5 May 2023 (UTC)

Which of these Twitters serve as references? Because it's hard to expect answers from artists.
- Gregg Mayles' Twitter (5/24/2018)
- Gregg Mayles' Twitter (1/2/2019)
- Kevin Bayliss' Twitter (10/19/2019)

- Not sure about the context, but screenshots in a fan wiki do not count as reliable sources. If you link the original tweet (or better yet, archive it), it will probably be considered a primary source. Merko (talk) 16:57, 19 May 2023 (UTC)
I added a reference to one of the entries. I'll try to add more. Good luck fixing the list! QuicoleJR (talk) 17:24, 2 June 2023 (UTC)

Speedy deletion contested: Draft:Symphonic Cinema
[edit]Hello Merko. I am just letting you know that I contested the speedy deletion of Draft:Symphonic Cinema, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Not implausible enough for R3. Use redirects for discussion instead. Thank you. BangJan1999 17:27, 4 June 2023 (UTC)
- No need to waste others' time on RfD. Nominated for CSD G6 instead. I moved that draft per article title guidelines in the first place, no need to keep that redirect in the draftspace. Merko (talk) 17:35, 4 June 2023 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:Deus Ex text logo.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Deus Ex text logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:08, 18 December 2023 (UTC)
