Something else I forgot to mention; expansion on the variants would be helpful too. Explaining the differences (with sources to back them up, obviously) could be valuable knowledge to a reader. Beachweak (talk) 14:09, 16 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your suggestions @Beachweak. I've updated the article with your suggestions but the variants are hard to expand since the details are not covered by 3rd party sources. For the moment, the titles of variants have the enough information for the vehicles. Can you check again? Thank you so much for your help again. MaxentiusNero (talk) 19:45, 16 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Some great expansion here; I would say this is very close to being able to be published! Here's my final notes:
  • The paragraph on the TEBER II is still unclear to me; is it recommended for vehicles in general, or this one in particular? Assuming the turret is being recommended specifically for this vehicle, something like "The preferred weapon system for the PARS ALPHA 8x8 AFV is the TEBER II. [...]" would be a lot more clear.
  • Clarity on the variants would still be appreciated. If you can't find specific in-depth coverage of all of them, some prose at the beginning of the section like "There are a total of [total] variants of the PARS ALPHA 8x8 AFV [...]" and a quick description on how they differ would be helpful. You can then cite the variants list once at the end of that prose, rather than on every variant.

Hi @Beachweak. I made some edits on the article with your suggestions. Besides TEBER-II, PARS ALPHA can be equipped with various turret systems. In the previous paragraph, I provided additional details. However, if you prefer further clarification, I can expand on it. Considering that the article is focused on the defense industry, I assume the reader has some knowledge of armoured vehicle mechanisms. MaxentiusNero (talk) 20:30, 16 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the changes; I'll do one last look over everything and it should hopefully be good to go.
One thing to note, though; a good rule of thumb when drafting new Wikipedia articles is to see if someone with virtually no understanding of a topic understands it. I'll use an article I wrote, Music from the Merch Desk (2016–2023), as an example. This article is about a compilation of a bunch of mostly unknown songs from this artist. The article discusses who this artist is, where these tracks came from and what critics are saying about it. Even if you had no understanding of who this is or what the music is, by the end of the article you feel informed. You can also read WP:TECHNICAL, which probably explains this better than me.
Luckily this isn't much of a problem with the draft on the PARS ALPHA, as I've read through it and have adjusted it to be more neutral and informative for someone with no understanding of a topic. It's just some good advice for any future articles you draft up. Beachweak (talk) 20:58, 16 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Even though, I am reading wikipedia for more than 5 years. I 'm relatively new to editing Wikipedia. Thank you so much for kindness and assistance. Without you and the people like you, Wikipedia wouldn't be at this quality level MaxentiusNero (talk) 21:08, 16 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
