Various edits of October 2016

I located an archived version of the Miss World website that gives the official results for 1951. It now appears as a general reference (along with the pageantopolis page). The official web page shows that there were no runners-up beyond the first two, so I removed the listings for third and fourth runners-up in the table. The pageantopolis site expresses uncertainty about the identity of the contestant from Holland, but the official site confirms the name, so I removed the citation-needed tags.
