Please do not delete content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Street Fighter II, without explaining the reason for the removal in the edit summary. Unexplained removal of content does not appear constructive, and your edit has been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox for test edits. Please do not remove content that is being discussed until consensus has been achieved. --Sin Harvest (talk) 04:56, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

Yep I understand that but considering the AfD is about deleting the Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix and there are some suggestions to merge/redirect instead of deletion I think it is a bit hasty to delete that section until the AfD is closed. I hope you understand I'm not trying to steamroll you or anything. Also talking about the article directly I think it would be misleading if Street Fighter II article was to list all the other Street Fighter II games but not Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, casual reader may assume that all the games are listed I would prefer either Street Fighter II list all the games otherwise remove them all and just have it as an article about Street Fighter II and none of the others. --Sin Harvest (talk) 05:12, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of Ha Ha Sound

Hi, Master Bigode. I note your delete. I hope you noted the actual content of the "article", and can deal appropriately with the information in it. I discovered a Wikipedia vandal skiting about his actions in a non-Wikipedia source. There are all sorts of little situations that arise in using Wikipedia. Sometimes the non-expert has to deal with them in a makeshift fashion, and no doubt there is a proper protocol for dealing with this one, among the hundreds of proper protocols for all sorts of other situations. No doubt you will tell me what it is.

Technically, I created an inappropriate article. Effectively, I alerted you to a situation of Wikipedia abuse, and this is what your response should have reflected, not a reprimand for (supposedly) breaking the rules. Your response came within seconds, which shows how effective a method I chose. Koro Neil (talk) 05:18, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Question

I looked through some of your edits, and it appears that you are a good vandal-fighter, and know the difference between a good-faith edit and vandalism. Would you like rollback rights on your account to make vandal-fighting a bit easier for you? Acalamari 18:30, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Rollback granted, just remember it's for vandalism-reversion only, and not for reverting good-faith edits or for use in content disputes, but I think you know that already. :) Good luck. Acalamari 18:47, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
Thanks ! - Master Bigode from SRK.o//(Talk) (Contribs) 18:49, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

You.

Stop that. Actually look at the edits being referenced, and why your warnings are irrelevant. Or fuck off, that works too. Oracle GreenDiamond (talk) 08:13, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

RFA thanks

Feel welcome. - Master Bigode from SRK.o//(Talk) (Contribs) 17:55, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time

Thank you for your recent edit to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time. However, there is a debate going on in the talk page, which you simply ignored by going in and editing without comment. Please contribute to the page, and don't simply change stuff without consulting others. -- Ritchy (talk) 15:30, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

I was just being bold. Seriously, placing two huge pics in a infobox looks bad and is a waste of space. - Master Bigode from SRK.o//(Talk) (Contribs) 17:43, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

Best pic I've seen

Fair use images

The images are already tagged because they have disputed fair use rationale. This puts them into a speedy-deleted-after-some-date category, in this case Category:Disputed non-free images as of 24 January 2008. Either someone will add a rationale by "23:59 on Sunday 17 February 2008" and the image will be acceptable as fair use, or they won't and it'll be deleted sometime after that. For now, I'll follow the advice on the category page: "Please do not carry out deletions until this notice has been removed or replaced". Hope this makes sense, Angus McLellan (Talk) 14:41, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

SF4 character art

I know it's more recent, but until cleaner artwork without the black line fest appears, would it be viable to keep the older artwork in articles if it's more viable?--Kung Fu Man (talk) 23:44, 19 February 2008 (UTC)

Only a few of them are updated designs that reflect the character better, like the added details to Ryu and Guile. Dhalsim's, Honda's, Zangief's, and Blanka's designs are not changed from previous versions of their character artwork, and in the case of Blanka and Honda show the character hunching compared to a standing position. Additionally the heavy use of black ink on many of the artworks hide a great deal of detail and in some cases imply the character is significantly larger in regions where they aren't (case in point compare the artwork in Capcom's blog for SF4 Ryu before the ink addition to after it). So with those characters while nobody else "said anything", I do object to their usage and feel strongly the previous artwork illustrates the characters much better.
You know where my talk page is if you wish to discuss this further.--Kung Fu Man (talk) 01:04, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:E.Honda.png)

Thanks for uploading Image:E.Honda.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 18:29, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
