Please first consider that Wikipedia is not for promotion. WP:NOTPROMOTION Promotional content does get added, though. A good rule-of-thumb is if the site has links to book a trip, prices, or such, it's probably not the best source. This website: https://northbengaltourism.com/bhutan-tour/ which appears to be a travel agency, would be considered wp:spam and would fall under wp:ELNO. Hope this helps.
