[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, Kyudan! And you're more than welcome. Feel free to ask me if you ever have questions or need advice regarding editing. In the article, I notice that a period followed the "OrillianPacket" citation that ended the sentence about her birth and move to Orillia. Here is a quote of that passage, with that period in red bold:
Celeste was born in [[Winnipeg|Winnipeg, Manitoba]] in 1989 but moved to [[Orillia|Orillia, Ontario]] at a young age<ref name="OrillianPacket"/>.
The punctuation should be before the citation, not after, like this:
Celeste was born in [[Winnipeg|Winnipeg, Manitoba]] in 1989 but moved to [[Orillia|Orillia, Ontario]] at a young age.<ref name="OrillianPacket"/>
