Mirrors
[edit] Thanks for contributing to the article Sport compact. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. Sam Kuru (talk) 11:17, 10 October 2024 (UTC)
- Okay, I will remove those mirrors references. Thanks for the advice. Kyjugn (talk) 07:19, 11 October 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Belbury. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added to Digital display advertising have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Low quality marketing blogs aren't reliable sources for Wikipedia articles, per WP:BLOGS. Belbury (talk) 08:57, 11 October 2024 (UTC)
Wikipedia and copyright
[edit]Hello Kyjugn! Your additions to Aphanotorulus horridus have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, it's important to understand and adhere to guidelines about using information from sources to prevent copyright and plagiarism issues. Here are the key points:
- Limited quotation: You may only copy or translate a small portion of a source. Any direct quotations must be enclosed in double quotation marks (") and properly cited using an inline citation. More information is available on the non-free content page. To learn how to cite a source, see Help:Referencing for beginners.
- Paraphrasing: Beyond limited quotations, you are required to put all information in your own words. Following the source's wording too closely can lead to copyright issues and is not permitted; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when paraphrasing, you must still cite your sources as appropriate.
- Image use guidelines: In most scenarios, only freely licensed or public domain images may be used and these should be uploaded to our sister project, Wikimedia Commons. In some scenarios, non-freely copyrighted content can be used if they meet all ten of our non-free content criteria; Wikipedia:Plain and simple non-free content guide may help with determining a file's eligibility.
- Copyrighted material donation: If you hold the copyright to the content you want to copy, or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license the text for publication here. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- Copying and translation within Wikipedia: Wikipedia articles can be copied or translated, however they must have proper attribution in accordance with Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. For translation, see Help:Translation § License requirements.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices. Persistent failure to comply may result in being blocked from editing. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. -- Diannaa (talk) 20:51, 26 October 2024 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for November 2
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited La Gorce Island, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mediterranean Style House. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 07:57, 2 November 2024 (UTC)
Citations in leads
[edit]Hello! Just dropping by to let you know that the reason I reverted your edit on Feline Philosophy is due to WP:LEADCITE, and looking at some of your other contributions I recommend you giving that page a read. Basically it says that an article's lead should summarize what's in the body, and as long as information in the lead is cited elsewhere in the article, it's not necessary to use citations in the lead (with a few exceptions). I appreciate your willingness to provide accurate attribution, but in most cases your efforts will be better served finding uncited info in the bodies of articles rather than their leads. Thanks, and happy editing! DrOrinScrivello (talk) 13:28, 5 November 2024 (UTC)

Sandrino Braun-Schumacher
[edit]Hi Kyjugn. Sorry, my edit summary at Sandrino Braun-Schumacher had two typos which make it hard to parse. I reverted your additions as they were sourced to "Transfermarkt" which is not considered a reliable source here – see WP:WPFLINKSNO. Going forward, please do not use it. Also, please avoid linking "German" per MOS:OVERLINK. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 11:24, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
CS1 error on 2010 ATP Salzburg Indoors – Doubles
[edit]Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page 2010 ATP Salzburg Indoors – Doubles, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:
- A bare URL error. References show this error when one of the URL-containing parameters cannot be paired with an associated title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title parameter to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)
Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 04:22, 25 November 2024 (UTC)
Order of the White Rose (1886–1915)
[edit]I've reverted your edit to Order of the White Rose (1886–1915). It again violates WP:LEADCITE, and it introduced a serious spelling error. Most importantly, that source is not reliable and doesn't add anything to the article. Please be more careful in your editing. Thank you, Opolito (talk) 05:23, 27 November 2024 (UTC)
- Please can you tell me how to identify a reliable source. Kyjugn (talk) 06:01, 27 November 2024 (UTC)
