User talk:KunoDemetries
Welcome!
[edit]Hello, KunoDemetries, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Franz Lanzinger, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.
Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. If you are stuck, come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can help you through the processes.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, ask me on my talk page. You can also type {{help me}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome! - You are not following the advice you have been given or reading the policy links. You cannot use text from other Wikipedia articles without giving proper attribution as doing so would be claiming the work of others is your work. Furthermore, Wikipedia is not considered a WP:Reliable Source. Instead of trying to write an article in mainspace in place of the current redirect, you should use the WP:AFC process where you can create a draft and get more guidance. I wasn't using the text, I was using the references from other articles which if we're required to use reliable sources should've been perfectly fine to use. Again, if you looked into what I did you would've saw that. KunoDemetries (talk) 14:39, 18 November 2022 (UTC)
- I can't see the deleted article, but Onel5969 is a very experienced reviewer and I trust that there were copyright violations. Again, best practice is to start a draft article instead of trying to work in mainspace. MB 15:00, 18 November 2022 (UTC)
I mean even if he reviewed it correctly wouldn't it be better to state as to what the issue was instead of just flat out deleting the entire article making people restart from scratch. KunoDemetries (talk) 15:01, 18 November 2022 (UTC)
