Highlighting

[edit]

Hi Krishnpriya123. I see you are new around here, so just want to ask that you first familiarise yourself with the project so you don't do things that go against the style guide, such as this type of highlight. Enjoy your stay. Rui ''Gabriel'' Correia (talk) 12:26, 15 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Citation style and punctuation

[edit]

Two more things: When adding a source, please use the parameters approved/ recommended in the style guide. The simplest is to use the common ones, as you can see here/. If you want to add a description of a source as you are doing with the GHI, link to the wiki page about the source in the citation by using the |publisher= parameter, i.e., <ref>{{Cite web |parameter=|parameter=|parameter=etc|publisher=[[Global Hunger Index]]|parameter=}}</ref>. The example is a dead link because I added nowiki at both ends. Secondly, remember to close your sentences with a full stop, even when these end on a number, such as 14.7. Thanks for joining and have fun. Rui ''Gabriel'' Correia (talk) 13:08, 15 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
