Name Dispute
[edit]Dear wikipedia editor, I would like to bring to your attention a matter concerning the use of the term Banuchi (Shitak). I have observed that you have been using both terms interchangeably, which can be confusing as there is no Pashtun tribe officially named Banuchi (Shitak). To maintain a professional and accurate standard, may I suggest that you choose one term, either Banuchi or Shitak, when referring to this group. Moreover, it is important to note that Shitak is a superclan, which means that it is the progenitor of several Pashtun tribes, including Dawar, among others. Therefore, it would be inaccurate to refer to Banuchi alone as Shitak. In fact, Banuchi is now recognized as a separate and distinct tribe. I hope that my explanation clarifies the issue and that you will take it into consideration in future communications. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely 2400:ADCC:134:6C00:D03:3CFC:F6B5:5D90 (talk) 13:13, 7 May 2023 (UTC)
- Dear editor, you are absolutely right that nowadays the tribe is famous as Banuchi but brother when we study history or talk about history of anything like person, race or a tribe we try to reach to the exact origin of that respective tribe but if u wanna stick to Banuchi only so be it but as you know many Banuchis know don't know that they are Shitaks and as you know we create those wiki articles for the readers and many new readers if they want to search the history of their tribe they will not be able to trace their true origins and they will get incomplete sense. So as far as I'm concerned it should remain Banuchi(Shitak) it's not only me who writes it like that.It was from the very start when Banuchi wiki was introduced it was written as Banuchi(Shitak).I have personally read many history books of Pashtuns like The Pathans by Olaf Caroe,Tarikh e Afghani etc.I have a very deep understanding not only about Banuchi tribe but also about many other Pashtun tribes.Hope that you will be satisfied now. Also brother you have mentioned in the infobox that Banuchis are decendents of Shah Farid Shitak.Shah farid is not the ancestor of each and every Banuchi but he was the tribal cheif of the Shitaks when he came with his tribe (Banuchis and Dawars) towards Bannu.

[edit]Hello. Your recent edit to Bannu appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 21:12, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did at Bannu, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 21:12, 3 September 2023 (UTC)

This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. [edit]Without a WP:CCS, the page will just continue to be deleted every time it is reposted. Why not work on Draft:Capt. Dr. Baghdad Khan Umerkhel? You can have as much time as you need to develop the page and then submit it for review and acceptance once you are finished, thank you! 2601:5CC:8300:A7F0:9890:12E8:5E1F:8654 (talk) 19:09, 29 January 2024 (UTC)
Article/Draft creation
[edit]Hello, Knowledgehome,
Please work on article creation and development. Submit your drafts for review by an Articles for Creation reviewer. The articles you are creating do not belong in main space yet and it has become a cycle of you creating an article in your Sandbox, moving it to main space and then another editor moving it to Draft space which unnecessarily takes up editor time.
If you have questions about article creation, AFC or the different namespaces on Wikipedia, please bring them to the Teahouse. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 23:01, 29 January 2024 (UTC)
