Combining refs - I was aware of page numbers for Choma and so had not merged those all into one ref. For Female, you are correct that I had missed the page numbers. I've now left it as one ref but put all the page numbers there. Also combined Barker and Euler refs. You could do same for Choma. David notMD (talk) 11:59, 13 February 2020 (UTC)
