Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Zaw Min Tun (general), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Al Jazeera. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Advice (အကြံပြု)

[edit]

Hello bro, Thank you for helping to edit the Myanmar articles on English Wikipedia, but I don't see any major contributions, it is not appropriate to add more refs to the articles than necessary, and it is not necessary to link [[]] to the articles. And by overlinking the articles created by others and without explaining anything, you shouldn't title it as major contributions just by adding refs and linking to it. If you really want to help, you should translate and add the necessary information.

Also, I see that your English is good, why don't you create an article? How active and interesting you are. With such English skills, I will help him for the Myanmar project when there is a shortage of editors. It is not difficult to write a new article. Try writing one or more about a place or region. If you want to know something, you can ask on the talk page or the current active editor Emerald's talk page. He is an old editor who has created more than 500 Myanmar articles. Thank you for your suggestion.

Hello, Thank you for such good advice. I will create new articles as I gain more experience and edit here. I will also translate the articles. If I want to know more about this, ask the active editors. The use of over references and overlinks will be reduced. And when such editors are rare, I will edit Burmese Wikipedia and help expand it even more. Thank you very much.

EmeraldRange, Thank you very much for the acceptance of my Wikipedia article of Thurein Tun. KhantWiki (talk) 15:30, 16 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I accepted your article on Pauk Ko Taw and moved it to the mainspace. Thank you for creating articles on Wikipedia. Initially, I noticed some issues with your edits, such as image copyright violations and excessive linking within articles. However, I can see that you have matured significantly. One of your recent articles, such as the one on Thurein Tun, is much improved and reflects a well-written, live account of a current event. I encourage you to create more articles. Thank you so much, Nyilay! Hteiktinhein (talk) 06:15, 18 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Hteiktinhein, thank you for the acceptance of the article of the monk Pauk Ko Taw, as per the acceptance that he is a very notable monk in Myanmar and has been featured on reputable new sources across the world. It also counts for my recent contributions to Thurein Tun, as I have given time and effort to it. However, I had learned alot when contributing here to make a possibly positive impact on Wikipedia, as to avoid any irregularities including those issues that you have mentioned, that comes along the way, and just keep on learning from it and try everytime to improving overtime. As for the over-linking stuff, it was actually reduced alot in the past, along with people giving me advice on it, I have never done over-linking now, as it was done in the past, and not in the now or future. Furthermore, I will have more plans to create articles in the future as well, we don't need to worry about the issues, as they can be a lesson for improvement and for learning, and thus the development for a better knowledge of Wikipedia. Thank you ako Hteiktinhein for the advice and acceptance of my Wikipedia articles, more of my contributions will follow as I create more of my new Myanmar-related article creations on Wikipedia.
