Veganism Peer Review

I was originally drawn to your topic because I'm also a fairly new vegan (a little over a year) and am super interested in vegan nutrition! I was reading through the three Wikipedia articles that you referenced (Vegan Nutrition, Veganism, and Plant-Based Diet) and it seems as though these articles would all be pretty difficult to work with since they have so much of the information already covered. There was one part, however, of the Veganism article that states that veganism became popular in the 2010s. The following sentence explains that this time frame is when many new vegan supermarkets, restaurants, etc. opened. Maybe you could add about veganism before it became as widespread as it is today?
