Re: Request to replace 2 images

[edit]

You don't need permission or anything to do that - if you're sure you can get the right licensing tag and non-free rationale, then go for it. (ESkog)(Talk) 20:36, 16 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That other user wants you to give a citation on whether or not the film was banned in Singapore. Do you know of a site which can identify this as true? Wilhelmina Will 18:54, 22 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It says at the top that the article may contain "original research". I'm not sure if your comment is original research or not; is there an external source you have or can find on this? (One that's outside of Wikipedia.) And don't feel too bad about it. I've had experience with similar problems involving things I wanted to include with Wikipedia. I understand if having your honesty/skills-with-making-rightful-edits questioned is frustrating, and your have my heartfelt apologies. Wilhelmina Will 19:38, 22 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I notice that you have removed several copyright tags on a fair use image I uploaded with the rational that there were to many on the page. While it is common practice to add only one tag to a fair use image there is no policy preventing the addition of all aplicable tags, and in the current fair use enviroment many people (myslef included) feel that the more applicable copyright tags a fair use image has the better its chances are of avioding any nominations for deletion. To my knowlage, there is no wikipeida-wide policy preventing multiple tagging of fair use images, nor are their any movements on to institute a one tag policy; therefore I have readded the copyright tags to the image. If you log in and edit it then it won't get reverted. If an IP is editing it then there is a good chance that it's going to be reverted. CambridgeBayWeather Have a gorilla 03:36, 17 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace. If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it. You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements. If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13. Thank you for your attention. Hello Jonghyunchung. It has been over six months since you last edited your article submission, entitled Kirby of the Stars: The Story of Dedede Who Lives in Pupupu.

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note, however, that Articles for Creation is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Kirby of the Stars: The Story of Dedede Who Lives in Pupupu}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 19:02, 13 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
