Thank you for your thoughts. "British landowners" could make sense for the subjects of Boudicca, I guess, and "Landowners in Great Britain" could refer to the island or the general region (e.g. including the Isle of Wight), regardless of time period, comparable to how "Landowners in Germany" could work for people from 200 years ago, when there was no single polity called "Germany".
