Exactly. You edited the User page of another User that's why I reverted you. Log in as that User if you want to change the page. User:Zoe|(talk) 22:40, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
- The user is me, I lost the password. Did you even notice I reverted to the last version BY THAT USER? -- JohnBambenek 22:42, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
- I noticed that you reverted to a version which contained personal attacks. User:Zoe|(talk) 22:45, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
- That's not a personal attack, you've been reported as a vandal and will be blocked accordingly. -- JohnBambenek 22:47, 26 December 2006 (UTC)

Hi, I see you turned in User:Zoe as a vandal. I don't think a long term editor in good standing (and an admin I think) is vandalizing Wikipedia. So I took her off the vandalism in progress page you put her on. Please don't add her again, thanks. Rx StrangeLove 22:53, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
Your edit to John Bambenek
[edit]Hi, just a quick note to say I've reverted your edit to John Bambenek as you've not indicated the source you believe the content of the page was taken from. If you could provide that information in order that the copyvio be investigated. You may also wish to contact the Wikimedia Foundation to provide evidence you are the person in question and not someone claiming to be John Bambenek, for reasons connected with decency and legal issues, we don't allow users to post as a notable living or recently deceased person, I'm sure if you are John Bambenek, you'll understand the policy on usernames which can be found at WP:USERNAME. For further information on copyrights, please see WP:C. You may also wish to read up on our civility policies as you've been a little harsh on User:Zoe who is following the rules laid down by Wikipedia in this matter, namely we can't accept a copyvio report without a source and we should really block your access to Wikipedia until you confirm you are who you say you are. --Kind Regards - Heligoland | Talk | Contribs 22:54, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called JohnBambenek. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name JohnBambenek~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
Community Liaison, Wikimedia Foundation
