Harlem Success Academy, the new image, and Talk

Thank you very kindly for your work on the Harlem Success Academy article. I hope you have a moment, as I added a topic/section to the article's Talk page, because the new image has been deleted, probably without us being able to get it back. - Hi Nick, I am actually the Marketing Assistant here at Success Academy. We use thst image currently as our Facebook profile image. Who would you need copyright license from? I can assure you this was made by our schools and can be used. I am in the process of editing this page and would love if we can have this image back up.

I'll try to help in between a few projects. Since I edit some controversial articles, I tend to be cautious about procedure.
You should know that I was a campaign volunteer for Eva years ago and may have overstayed my welcome. I did contact HSA long ago about editing re HSA on Wikipedia but after one reply I don't think I heard again.
On resubmitting the image, I assume you saw the discussion at Talk:Harlem Success Academy about it. You need permission from the owner of the right under copyright law; that probably is not you but I guess it's the Success Academy Charter School group (please check, since I'm only guessing). For procedure, see Wikipedia:Copyrights. Facebook's procedures are pretty much irrelevant to Wikimedia and won't be influential. To maintain your credibility, when you contact the Wikimedia Foundation or Wikipedia about submitting the image again, mention the prior attempt, so no one discovers the fact and blames you for not being open about it. Explain that as you already have a relationship with the school you thought (if true) that you already had the permission you needed but will be happy to use Wikipedia's procedure to be clear about permission. Lean over backwards to dot the i's and cross the t's.
Before you contact them, on your user page, state that you have a conflict of interest regarding the schools. You can still edit but not declaring and then editing can lead to be being blocked (not being allowed to edit). Declaring mainly means that other editors will look more closely, but the candor is helpful for credibility.
