Information icon Hello, I'm DreamRimmer. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Delhi University, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. DreamRimmer (talk) 12:01, 13 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edit(s) you made did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.

The edit summary field looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Tick Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary, and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! ElKevbo (talk) 04:07, 23 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Removing "research university" from infoboxes

[edit]

Why have you removed "research university" from the infobox of a few articles (e.g., Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania) but added it to other articles (e.g., Chandigarh University, Dr. Homi Bhabha State University)? ElKevbo (talk) 03:08, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, you may be blocked from editing. ElKevbo (talk) 05:07, 8 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you remove or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. ElKevbo (talk) 11:04, 30 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked temporarily from editing for persistent disruptive editing, including repeatedly removing material from articles without explanation, giving edit summaries which do not describe the editing you are doing (and which in some do not have any connection whatever to your editing) and a total failure to ever respond to messages expressing concerns. At present the block is set to last for a month, but it can be ended sooner than that if you can persuade an administrator that you understand the reasons for the block and will not make the same mistakes again. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  JBW (talk) 08:10, 13 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
