A7 on Mahmoud Samir Fayed

Hello Jarhill -- I've declined this A7 because there are several clear claims of significance in the article, most obviously the creation of the blue-linked PWCT language. The threshold for passing A7 is intentionally pretty low; you might like to read the essay Credible claim of significance for more discussion of the subject.
