This is an accurate expression of my estimation, but if you prefer to have something more dignified adorning your page, then I can come up with a more composed version. --Kizor (talk) 01:15, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
This is for effectively proving your point civilly with notable sources and for ending this hectic debate relieving us all.-- penubag 22:26, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
It was already in very good shape when I reviewed it. I think Raul picks a few newly promoted FAs each month to be TFAs - a well deserved choiice! Ruhrfisch><>°°00:14, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
What an interesting article! I'm really impressed by the amount of research that went into it. I hope I didn't give you too much of a stroke when I copyedited it during its mainpage day. Congratulations! Maralia (talk) 04:40, 7 October 2008 (UTC)
For a really outstanding peer review of Frederick III, German Emperor. I was very stuck on many of the points that you helped me fix and improve in ways that I never thought of before. I think this will really help this article on the path to FA, thanks! Banime (talk) 19:07, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
In the FAC review you have stated that you had enquired with a wiki commons advisor on what to do with the photos, have you had a responce regarding this?--EnigmaMcmxc (talk) 21:25, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
Thank you very much for all of the help you provided with your image review of Design 1047 battlecruiser. Every time I had a question, you were able to point me in the right direction, and I wanted you to know that I am very thankful for your seven days of assistance. Image reviewers may get attacked in some FACs and unnoticed in others, but not this time. :) —Ed 17(Talk / Contribs)03:29, 13 April 2009 (UTC)

Hello again. I have removed the two images in question and added in two different images that should be OK. Please check whenever you should have a chance. :) —Charles Edward(Talk | Contribs)14:47, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

Thanks and a request
Hi Jappalang, happy 2010! Thanks for the Online Map Creation information you added on Commons - I went through and added the same to all the OMC maps I have made.
Thanks - I removed the raft image and added one showing a raft in Lock Haven itself (also fair use). I appreciate all of your work with images and wanted to give you a small token of my appreciation, Ruhrfisch><>°°03:55, 2 January 2010 (UTC)
Image review
Hello. User:SandyGeorgia recommended you as someone who might be able to speak with some credibility on the image issues raised by User:Fasach Nua at my recent FAC nom of Bert T. Combs. This user's issues with the seal of Kentucky image are new, and I have no idea how to address them. The issues with the Combs image have been hashed out during the article's first FAC and again at an FfD initiated by Fasach Nua. I'd like to get some closure before I make a third FAC run. I see that you are "on and off" Wikipedia at the moment, which is fine; I don't anticipate making another run in the immediate future. Just drop a note on my talk page with your opinion, if you don't mind. Thanks. Acdixon(talk • contribs • count)15:32, 26 April 2010 (UTC)
The Copyright Cleanup Barnstar
For the care and thoroughness evident in your response to Acdixon's plea for help after his FAC had fallen over twice, I award you a big tick!hamiltonstone (talk) 02:15, 28 April 2010 (UTC)
For image reviews at WP:FAC which are much more than image reviews, but actually come with unexpected bonuses like identifying better images to complement the article, fixing wrong images, and improving page layout so the images actually look good on the page – I award Jappalang this barnstar. --JN46613:53, 4 August 2010 (UTC)
Jappalang has been identified as an Awesome Wikipedian, so I've officially declared today as Jappalang's Day! For being a great person and awesome Wikipedian, enjoy being the star of the day, Jappalang!
To a great user who put so much thought and effort into this peer review, that you inspired me to create a new barnstar, I award you the first "Above & Beyond" Barnstar! VictorianMutant (talk) 06:44, 17 October 2010 (UTC)

Image review request
Hi Jappalang - If you have a few extra minutes, would you mind doing an image review on Haflinger (horse)? I'd like to take it to FAC in the relatively near future and would like to make sure I haven't missed anything along the way! Thanks in advance, but if you don't have the time/interest then no worries! Also, thank you for all of the work you are doing (and have done) on image reviews at FAR. Your efforts are much appreciated. Dana boomer (talk) 17:27, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
Thank you so much for doing this - sorry for the late reply. I have replaced the two images with others that I believe are correctly licensed. I have also replaced the lead image, as I found one that showed the physical characteristics of the breed better. Could you check these? Thanks! Dana boomer (talk) 15:15, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
Meh. I've removed the brand image - I have no idea on the copyright or design/ownership of the brand. As for the stamp image, is the problem with the shading around the stamp? AFAIK, no changes have been made to the stamp itself. Would File:DPAG-1997-Jugend-Haflinger.jpg be better, since you can see all the way around the stamp? Thanks, Dana boomer (talk) 19:55, 11 November 2010 (UTC)
Ah, I see. I was being dense - thinking it was a problem with just the one image. I'll remove the image from the article and keep an eye on the discussion to see its conclusion. Other than that, the article is good to go for images? Dana boomer (talk) 02:47, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
For all that you do in the generally "behind the scenes" work of image copyright - both in "my" articles and at FAC and FAR. The project would be much the worse without your efforts. Dana boomer (talk) 03:02, 12 November 2010 (UTC)

As a Singaporean, I hope you don't mind getting a Malaysian barnstar! Thanks very much for your work on these articles, it will be wonderful to see them featured on the main page. --Mkativerata (talk) 21:13, 12 December 2010 (UTC)
Please accept this star as a token of thanks for your help in getting Frederick Delius to FA standard. This was truly the work of many hands, and your particular contribution was much valued. Brianboulton (talk) 21:52, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
WikiProject Video games Triple Crown
Thank you for all your hard work. May you wear the crowns well, and may the gamepad crown motivate you to press on with more outstanding articles. – SMasters (talk) 09:12, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
Take it easy with the reverts! I was about to revert the IP address because I agree that IMDb is not reliable, but you beat me to it. Erik (talk | contribs) 14:53, 5 September 2011 (UTC)
A barnstar for you!
The Tireless Contributor Barnstar
Hi Jappalang. I have now closed the peer review for the Ragnar Nurkse's balanced growth theory article, as I felt that most of the concerns you raised were sorted out. I'll soon nominate it for GA status.
But... please feel free to look at the article once more and let me know if you think anything else should be changed. I would be happy to know your thoughts. Thank you for all the constructive criticism! It helped so much! :)
